Sleep Novaa – Terms and Conditions of Sale, Trial, and Warranty
Effective Date: 27 / FEB / 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase, use,
trial, and warranty of Sleep Novaa mattresses and related products
(“Product(s)”) sold by Sleep Novaa (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By
purchasing or using any Product from Sleep Novaa, the customer

(“you”, “your”, or “Customer”) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth
herein.
1. 100-Night Trial Policy
1.1. Sleep Novaa offers a 100-night trial period commencing on the date
of delivery of the Product.
1.2. The trial is strictly for one-time replacement only. No refunds shall
be issued under any circumstances.
1.3. Eligibility for replacement is subject to:
A minimum usage period of thirty (30) nights from the delivery date.
The Product being in clean, hygienic, and undamaged condition, free
from stains, tears, odors, or misuse.
1.4. The Customer shall return any promotional or complimentary items
received in conjunction with the purchase (including but not limited to
pillows, mattress protectors, bed linen, or accessories) in unused
condition. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of the retail value of
such
items from the replacement order.
1.5. Replacement is subject to availability and may be provided in the
form of a similar or equivalent model at the sole discretion of the
Company.
1.6. The Company reserves the right to deny replacement if, in its
reasonable judgment, the Product has been misused or damaged.2. Ten
(10) Year Limited Warranty
2.1. The Company provides a ten (10) year limited warranty (“Warranty”)
covering manufacturing defects in the Product from the date of
original purchase.
2.2. This Warranty covers:
Visible indentations or sagging greater than 1.5 inches not associated
with improper foundation or misuse.
Physical flaws resulting in the cracking or splitting of foam materials
under normal use.

Defects in stitching, seams, or cover fabric arising from manufacturing
error.
2.3. Remedies under this Warranty are limited to repair or replacement
of the defective Product or component, at the Company’s sole
discretion.
3. Warranty Exclusions and Conditions That Void Warranty
3.1. The Warranty shall be rendered null and void under any of the
following conditions:
Use of the Product on an inappropriate, uneven, or unsupportive surface
or foundation.
Damage caused by negligence, misuse, abuse, or intentional acts.
Evidence of stains, mold, burns, bodily fluids, or soiling of any kind.
Commercial, institutional, or non-residential use of the Product.
Unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification of the Product.
Improper storage, transport, or handling by the Customer or third
parties.
Purchase from unauthorized resellers or platforms not approved by
Sleep Novaa.
Minor cosmetic imperfections or comfort preference not affecting
structural integrity or performance.
3.2. Normal wear and tear, softening of foam over time, and variations in
firmness perception shall not be covered under this Warranty.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or
consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of
profits, or emotional distress, arising from the use or inability to use
the Product.
4.2. The Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the original
purchase price of the Product.
4.3. The Company makes no warranty or representation that the Product
is suitable for any particular individual, purpose, or medical condition.
5. Claims and Procedures
5.1. All claims under the Warranty or Trial Policy must be initiated by
contacting Sleep Novaa’s customer support and providing a valid proof
of
purchase, photographs of the Product, and a description of the issue.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to inspect the Product and/or
request additional documentation before approving any claim.
5.3. In the event of a valid claim, the Customer may be required to return
the Product at their own cost unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the UT of Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict
of law principles.
6.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
7. Modification of Terms
7.1. Sleep Novaa reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these
Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in
effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
