Q1 - What are the rules of the 100-night trial?
Let us explain. Once you purchase your Sleepnovaa mattress, we want you to try it out for 100 nights.
Sleep on it and find out how you feel. If you're not happy with the purchase, you can return it and get a full refund from us.
Bear in mind that this policy is not applicable on custom-sized mattresses, baby mattresses, and accessories.

Q2 - Can the pillows and accessories be returned as well?
Unfortunately, no. Sleepnovaa accessories and pillows cannot be returned.

Q3 - How is buying from Sleepnovaa’s website different from buying from other marketplaces?
Ordering from our website as compared to other websites and platforms is very different.
When you order directly from Sleepnovaa, you get access to our friendly customer care team for quicker resolution.
Also, you can place custom orders — something not available elsewhere.
Other channels may only offer their own promotions.
And most importantly, the 100 nights free trial is exclusive to purchases made on Sleepnovaa's website.
Q4 - How firm or soft is the mattress?
Among all our variants, the Original and the Hybrid Latex mattresses are relatively firmer mattresses with orthopaedic support.
If you prefer a more plush feel that doesn't compromise on support, the Sleepnovaa Ultima is a must-have.
Q5 - Will I get an extra cover with the mattress?
Sorry, we do not offer extra covers with our mattress.
However, if you want to buy a spare one, you can contact us directly and we'll send it to you.
Charges will apply.
Q6 - Are there any physical Sleepnovaa stores?
There are 23 Sleepnovaa stores across 9 cities in India.

Q7 - Do you offer COD?
Sadly, no. We do not offer COD, but rest assured, all our online payment modes are quick, easy, and hassle-free!
Q8 - How is Open Cell Memory Foam different from Hybrid Latex?
Though both are excellent for sleep, they serve different purposes.
Open Cell Memory Foam offers pressure-relieving qualities along with motion isolation so you can sleep undisturbed.
On the other hand, Hybrid Latex has head-to-toe support baked into it, offering 5-zone support that targets different pressure points for full relief.

Accessories queries
Q1 - How long will the pillows take to uncompress?
No uncompression is required for the Sleepnovaa Memory Foam pillows, be it Standard or Contour (CoolTECâ„¢ and SoftTouch).
As for the Cloud and Cuddle pillows, they can take up to 12 hours to uncompress.
We suggest you fluff the pillows by pressing the corners to the center and straightening them to allow air to pass through during the process.
Q2 - Can I wash the pillows?
You can machine wash the Sleepnovaa Cloud, Cuddle and Slim pillows on a gentle cycle.
To wash the Hybrid pillow, remove the memory foam insert and toss the microfiber casing for a light wash.
As for our Memory Foam Pillows — Standard and Contour (CoolTEC™ and SoftTouch), you can simply remove the cover and give it a quick clean in the machine.
Q3 - Which cover size should I get for my Sleepnovaa pillow?
Opt for pillow covers sized 18" × 28" for our Cloud and Standard Memory Foam (CoolTEC™ and SoftTouch) Pillows.
For the Sleepnovaa Cuddle Pillow, the cover size is 20" × 52".
Q4 - Can I purchase an extra pillow cover?
For sure! Just go to the respective pillow page and add additional covers as add-ons to your cart to buy more covers.
Q5 - I am a side/front sleeper. Are Sleepnovaa pillows suitable for me?
Yep, all kinds of sleepers can use our pillows.
However, if you have a specific need, you might want to compare our pillows to find out which one suits you better.
Q6 - Can I customize the accessories?
Unfortunately, no. We only offer custom sizes for our mattresses.
You can get our Cloud, Slim, and Hybrid pillows in standard and president sizes.
Our Standard Memory Foam pillows (CoolTECâ„¢ and SoftTouch) are available in standard, president, and contour sizes.
Q7 - Can the Cuddle be used as a maternity pillow?
Yes. Since it's a 4-foot long support pillow, you can use it as a pregnancy pillow too.
Returns, Shipping & Payments
Q1 - When will I receive my refund?
Once the product is picked up, the refund will be issued.
It can take up to 3–5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
Q2 - Can I apply two coupon codes/ two offers?
No. You cannot use two coupons or offers for a single order.
Only one coupon code or offer can be used at the time of checkout.
Q3 - Do you include GST in the price?
Yes! All our prices are inclusive of GST and all other applicable taxes.
Q4 - Can I cancel my order?
For cancellation requests, you will need to drop an email to us at info@sleepnovaa.in.
Please mention the reason for cancellation in your mail and we promise our team will look into the matter promptly.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation requests will not be fulfilled.
For size or other changes after shipping, a logistics fee may be charged depending on the product, location, and situation.
Q5 - Can my order be expedited?
We try our best to deliver within 7–10 working days. However, if you need the order expedited,
we can ship it via air at an extra charge, depending on your location and product.
Q6 - When will my Sleepnovaa order be delivered?
Our delivery timelines depend on the products and your shipping pin code.
For most areas, delivery takes 7–10 days. For customised mattresses, it may take longer (we will notify you).
